If you add a UKAS calibration certificate to your order, expect 30 to 40 days from the order date for the calibration procedure in an accredited laboratory.

The temperature probe is the sensing element that performs the measurement (Pt100, NTC, thermocouple). The thermometer is the complete device: it combines the probe and a display and/or information recording system.
A removable temperature probe can easily be replaced in case of breakage or to adapt your thermometer to a new use — this is one of the advantages of our digital thermometers with interchangeable probes, compatible with several types of sensors (Pt100, NTC, thermocouple).
The instruments made by our partner ETI come with a minimum 2-year warranty against any defects in components or workmanship.
During the warranty period, any defective product is, depending on the case, repaired, refunded, or replaced free of charge.
